This simple 25,000 s.f. Rental Equipment Facility demonstrates that small projects can be effectively and economically produced using Tilt-up Concrete Panels.

Originally designed and “bid” as a masonry exterior, Bristol Group redesigned the project for Tilt-up reducing the overall project budget and schedule, while providing a superior, durable and attractive facility.

Completed during a very difficult winter, on schedule, in 5 months.
