PLEASANT RIDGE This business/warehouse and distribution center,
located near a major retail area, was designed for maximum site
efficiency. The
“sawtooth” layout allows the building to conform to the site limits,
while providing excellent shipping and receiving capabilities.
Storefronts combined with generous storage allow the facility to
be used for both wholesale and retail distribution. Owners wanted an interesting, articulated façade.
Bristol Group accomplished this by “stacking” the site cast
tilt-up concrete wall panels to create relief along the covered portico
entry façade. The creative
use of reveals and paint enhance the overall effect. Constructed within very tight budget and schedule constraints; project costs and schedule were “guaranteed” before construction documents were complete
