Thirty years of solid growth led the owners of Jiffy Fastening Systems to consolidate their showroom, warehouse, and corporate offices into an operationally designed facility. Acting as their own developer/construction manager, Jiffy retained Bristol to provide structural engineering services, foundation/floor slabs, tilt walls, and structural steel.

The owner was able to achieve savings by contracting directly with the trade subcontractor and the tilt-up design allowed a “fast-track” schedule achieving completion in 5-months. The uninsulated panels in the warehouse are damage resistant and offer outstanding performance with constant forklift traffic.
