BLUEGRASS COMMERCE CENTER    

This warehouse and distribution center consists of two identical 76,000 s.f. buildings constructed of “site cast” tilt-up concrete wall panels.  This material was selected for its speed of construction, substantial appearance and low maintenance.  Floor sub-grade variations were held to less than +/- ¼ inch.  Concrete slabs were placed using a “Laser Screed” to insure high flatness parameters necessary to meet material handling and storage requirements.

Twin facilities were designed for this speculative distribution center to provide maximum leasing flexibility for multiple or single tenants.  Facility layout and bay spacing was designed to maximize productivity and allow flexibility in racking layouts.

Constructed within very tight budget and schedule constraints; project costs and schedule were “guaranteed” before construction documents were complete
