Our objective in designing this three-story office building was to create a “signature” building with a high-tech, “slick” exterior skin for a highly visible site. The eye-catching articulated façade was achieved using EIFS panels and curved reflective glass.

The interior contains a dramatic two-story atrium with mahogany wall panels and granite floors throughout. The building is designed for maximum flexibility with large, open floor plates. The building is 90% efficient from a gross/net standpoint. Built for the speculative office market, it was fully leased prior to completion.

Designed and constructed in 10 months. Construction cost was $54/s.f. including expensive finishes.
