SUMMIT SQUARE OFFICE
 PARK

Construction of the Summit Square Office Park began in September 2003. The initial plan was to construct two speculative buildings prior to beginning construction on the remaining six buildings, totaling 80,000 square feet, located in the park. However, the success of the two speculative buildings quickly led the Owners to proceed with construction of the entire park. Soon, these buildings were being occupied as quickly as they could be built.

These efficient, attractive buildings were leased and sold to doctors, financial advisors and media groups. The clear span roof trusses allow an open floor plan free of obstructions. The exterior walls, constructed entirely from precast concrete components utilizing a brick veneer cast into the face of the panels, provide an elegant appearance requiring little or no maintenance for years to come.

The economically efficient design provides a building of unparalleled quality and flexibility for developers and business professionals alike.
