HYATT PLACE HOTEL This construction of a new 127-room mid-rise hotel follows the prototype design created
for Hyatt’s entry into the highway hotel market. Bristol has adapted the Hyatt design to an economic, yet structurally superior pre-cast concrete wall and floor system that will provide faster delivery cycles and quicker returns. Other building elements include structural steel, cast-in-place concrete sheer walls and columns, and an attractive glass window system. In-house construction and engineering expertise brings all of these elements together in an economical and timely fashion.
