U.S. ATTORNEYS OFFICE 

North Carolina-based developer JDL Castle Corporation engaged Bristol Group to provide construction management and contracting services on this 58,000 square foot building in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. The 5-story structure incorporates a conventional steel frame with load-bearing insulated pre-cast concrete wall panels.

The building footprint extends to within 5 feet of the property line on all sides, making for an extremely tight worksite. Coordination with local government agencies, adjacent property owners, and subcontractors was required to get this project out of the ground safely and efficiently.
