YH America, Inc. began operations at its Versailles Sealant Division in April of 1998. In only 5½ short years, YH America had reached capacity in production, on-site storage, and available office space. The challenge was simple - design and construct a new office, quality control laboratory, warehouse, and production area without disrupting the on-going operations at the facility. The results…mission accomplished!

Begun during a wet, challenging winter, the project was completed on schedule and within budget. The administrative staff moved into their new office in June of 2004, and the new production equipment came on-line the following month.
