TOYOTETSU AMERICA, INC. DIE STORAGE ADDITIION

This project consisted of a 35,000 square foot expansion to the main structure to accommodate the owner’s growth in the automotive industry. The addition houses a 20 metric ton overhead crane and a five-thousand square foot mezzanine. Floor slabs are reinforced to support stacks of stamping dies. An eighty –foot clear span was incorporated into the design to maximize floor space. 

Constructed within very tight budget and schedule constraints. Project was delivered to the owner on time and under budget in spite of an extraordinarily wet season.
