TOKICO 2004 BUILDING EXPANSIONS  

Since establishing manufacturing operations in 1987 in Berea, Tokico has expanded and added facilities almost annually. Following Bristol’s completion of executive offices and quality control lab in 2003, Tokico announced in the spring of 2004 an ambitious plan to add the final expansions to both their north and south plant and link the facilities with a roadway requiring engineered fill material in excess of 45,000 cubic yards.

Tokico selected Bristol with a proven track record for meeting schedules and delivering quality. Bristol Group simultaneously designed and constructed two separate facility expansions totaling 121,220 square feet. These expansions completed a facility that houses over 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
