This 230,000 s.f. project includes major additions to the manufacturing plant and engineering offices. The project required the relocation of shipping/receiving docks without disrupting ongoing operations.
No area on the 56 acre site was unaffected by earthwork operations and the addition of 17 acres of new exterior paving for material storage/storage and site circulation. Design considerations included a heavy steel building frame to provide maximum flexibility for overhead crane placement.
