VA Emergency Room Renovation

This state of the art renovation includes six patient isolation rooms, thirteen exam rooms, six doctor’s offices, waiting areas, a large nurse’s station, as well as employee break and sleeping areas. 

Project features include heat welded flooring, epoxy paint, solid surface counter tops with integral bowls, medgas systems, polished concrete flooring, pneumatic tube system, nurse call and patient monitoring systems, medical casework and cabinetry, access control integrated into VA main system, psychiatric padded room with required anti ligature fixtures, patient lift in each room, data and biomedical cabling and infrastructure.

Special construction requirements included infection control measures, strict indoor air quality thresholds, and phased schedule to allow for ongoing ER operations.
