Prime contractor Treviicos – Soletanche JV (TSJV) required a range of precast, cast-in-place, building, and demolition services to accomplish their highly technical deep excavation and concrete placement processes on an aggressive schedule.

Over 170 precast tank units were produced in Bristol’s Lexington precast shop and installed on site, creating over a half-million gallons of bentonite slurry storage necessary for the excavation process.

Bristol designed and fabricated an innovative rolling gantry concrete form system for the 4,200 foot guide wall construction that doubled TSJV’s production requirements. Expediting the guide walls ensured an on-time start to the critical barrier wall construction.
