 TURNER BUSINESS CENTER SOUTH

This was the second phase of a highly successful project we completed in 1997.  The creative use of tilt-up concrete transformed this project from a wholesale warehouse to a signature business center.  The unique entry was achieved by combining massive tilt-up pieces with pristine glass and steel elements resulting in a striking appearance.

The large decorative tilt-up pieces created some unusual erection challenges and required the use of a 300 ton hydraulic crane.  Completed on-time in 5 months.
