FORTUNE OFFICE COMPLEX 

This three-story office building uses exposed tube steel decorative elements and glass to create a light, pristine façade.  EFIS wall panels, fabricated at a remote location, were erected on the conventional steel frame to minimize exposure during winter construction.

The rear exterior steel stair provides convenient access to the building while increasing building efficiency and creating an attractive architectural element.  The 5 month, winter schedule was completed “on time”.
