This project includes 240,000 cubic yards of excavation, silt basins, sinkhole remediation and fine grading for building pads and parking areas.

The project progressed despite winter conditions due to intelligent management of site cuts and fills, runoff and protection of the work areas.

Building pad areas were delivered ahead of contract milestone dates.
