KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE 

This project marked Bristol Group’s entry into large-scale site work where the building contract was performed by others. Bristol’s experience as designer and builder was the key to excellent coordination and cooperation with the site developer, as well as the tenant and their general contractor.

The project involved approximately 100,000 cubic yards of excavation, 30,000 square yards of pavement, a 250 feet long retaining wall, erosion control measures and other site work items.

The most notable aspect of the project was Bristol Group’s ability to meet an aggressive pad delivery milestone in winter conditions.
